  1. Take a mixing bowl, crack eggs, beat them, add in milk, mix it again, keep aside.
  2. Take a wok or deep bottom pan, add ghee, heat it.
  3. Add zeera, let it splutter.
  4. In goes ginger & green chilli, saute it for a minute.
  5. Now add onion,stir fry it until pink.
  6. Add in tomato & salt, cook it nicely until tomato becomes mushy.
  7. In goes haldi and red chilli powder, mix it well. Cook it for a minute.
  8. Add dhania patta, stir fry it for a minute.
  9. Pour beaten eggs in the masala, mix it well.
  10. Keep stirring until completely cooked.
  11. Turn off the flame, cover it for a sec. Take out in a serving bowl.
  12. Can be served along with toasted bread & roasted Potato wedges.
